The AI Agent understands speech and text, reasons over enterprise data and workflows, and acts — answers, queries systems, raises tickets, places outbound calls — taking on the bulk of customer interaction, with people handling only what needs a human. AI Agent 能听懂(语音/文字)、会思考(结合企业数据与业务流程)、能动手(应答、查系统、建工单、主动外呼),自主承接绝大部分客户互动,人只处理需要人的例外。
